FLUSSO DIGITALE CON IMPIANTI CORTI E STRETTI: SEMPLIFICAZIONE DELLE PROCEDURE IMPLANTO-PROTESICHE E DEL CARICO IMMEDIATO NEL TRATTAMENTO DELLE ATROFIE POSTERIORI DEI MASCELLARI

DIGITAL FLOW WITH SHORT AND NARROW IMPLANTS: SIMPLIFICATION OF IMPLANT-PROSTHETIC PROCEDURES AND IMMEDIATE LOADING IN THE TREATMENT OF POSTERIOR ATROPHIES OF THE JAW

Relatori / Speakers:
Dr. Massimo Cianci – Medico Chirurgo Odontoiatra
Sig. Mattia Brambilla – Odontotecnico

Abstract:

The role of digital impression and CAD-CAM in implantology is of great importance: the purpose of this meeting is to illustrate how their application in immediate loading with a truly “Full Digital” workflow, that is, taking the direct impression on implants (3D scanner) with subsequent CAD phase with which the dental technician designs the prosthesis
followed by the CAM phase with a 3D printer that produces the artifact to be inserted a few hours after surgery, represents a reliable and highly predictable process, reducing working times not only for the doctor but for the dental technician too. The use associated with digital short and narrow implants in vertical and horizontal atrophy of the jaws as an alternative to bone regeneration techniques makes rehabilitations even faster, simpler,
less invasive and highly predictable.
